NTU Bazaar outside LT27 Foyer 01/24/2010
21st January 2010-by Besties Closet Blogger Chris Got to know about this event at the very last minute. The rental was rather cheap so decided to give it a try. Thought the behaviour of the customers there would be similar as at Youth Scape Park. So happily, we went there without our clothes rack. Unfortunately, we were wrong, the students there prefer to look at clothes hung on racks. So next day we brought along our racks. Indeed, more students came by, but didn't buy. Think it's because they are on tighter budget. Anyway, the students there weren't very interested in bazaars. Most came out of the lecture theatres and rushed straight to the canteen or bus stop. ![]() Our mini banner =D Our booth. Looks rather messy with so many clothes on the table. Front view of our booth. Our catalouge =D To attract more customers, we came up with the "Give your own price" Preloved Earrings. Most customers who stopped by were doubtful about it. Even after I explained to them that it is because they are preloved items, they still had lots of question marks on their head. Some would try asking for a price, then I'd reply them:"You set your own price. =D" Then they'll say:"Huh? Very difficult leh. $3?" I'd answer:"OK." Then they'll say:"Really?!" Some would try another lower price but I'd explain to them that we only take the lowest price customers say. ![]() Our "Give your own price" Preloved Earrings! =D Our cheap preloved earrings!
